We are currently analyzing data on 16 phenotypic traits measured on 173 isofemale lines from a total of 9 European populations of D. melanogaster. This massive phenotyping project involves > 100 DrosEU researchers from 26 research groups in 17 countries. This effort was initially led by Jorge Vieira (Porto) and is now being coordinated by Esra Durmaz (lead coordinator), Envel Kerdaffrec and Thomas Flatt at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland).
