 Investigating the micro and macroevolutionary dynamics of the coevolutionary dynamics between butterflies and their hostplants.

Butterflies, primarily Pieris napi, Pararge aegeria, Colias crocea.

Expertise:

Population genomics of local adaptation. RNAseq and Pool-Seq analysis.
