Principal investigator
Research questions:
-The pace, predictability, and genomic architecture of rapid adaptation
-Mechanisms and determinants of evolutionary rescue
-Insecticide resistance evolution
-Eco-evolutionary dynamics
Research organisms:
D. melanogaster, D. suzukii, freshwater copepods, stickleback fish
Experimental & Bioinformatic expertise:
Experience with field experiments, high-throughput phenotyping, and genomic data generation.
We often analyze genomic data, focused primarily on assessing allele frequency changes of time and the evolution of gene expression.
