Evolutionary genetics of speciation and reproductive isolation. Main projects involve the evolution and genetics of traits involved in premating isolation and ecological adaptation.
Research organisms:
Multiple species of Drosophila, orthoptera and the occasional fish.
Expertise:
Evolutionary genetics and genomics. Most recent work has concerned trait mapping, transcriptomics, population genetics.
